Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Rayna Marnee International. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. This website allow visitors to purchase online products.  By accessing or using the website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Advanced reservation for our service(s) is recommended. A major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled, changed or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed 100% of each service

Arrival

We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointments, late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full service fee.

 

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service. 

 

Age Requirement

Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent or an adult present. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.

 

Gift Cards

Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of relaxation and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards can be purchased at the front desk. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our gift cards never expire for their cash value. All sales are final.

Gratuities

Gratuities are accepted. If you were happy with your service, it is customary to give 15-20% of the full menu price in gratuity to your esthethician, although you may give any amount that you wish.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards and Cash App. We do not accept personal checks.

Refund and Return Policy

​An online purchase can be returned to us by mail. Please note that shipping charges on your original order will not be refunded, unless the package was incorrectly shipped. We ask that you cover the return shipping charges. We are unable to accept CODs for returned merchandise.​

Order Changes / Cancellations

To serve you better, Rayna Marnee will begin to process your order immediately after you submit your order. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

All purchases will be mailed via USPS within 3-4 business days.

Rayna Marnee Skin Care ships only to U.S. states addresses at this time.

*Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products specified on this website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
